Items shipped from www.kemmcosales.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them, if you have any questions about a return simply call or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, even if there is a manufacture defect. All returns must be packed in the same package (Don’t throw boxes or shipping containers away) it was shipped in box or carton. For an item to be eligible to return the you need to acquire a Return Authorization Request (RMA) and shipping instructions prior to the returning of the merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund and will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge for items shipped from our inventory, and subject to manufacturer restocking charges for drop ship items. Custom, made-to-order or special order products are non-returnable except with the prior written approval from the manufacturer. If the return is due to our error, we will issue a full credit including any shipping charges.
How to Return an Item:
1. Please email email@example.com or call our office 724-327-4904 to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. We will provide you will a RMA and return address, and the date of pick up if item cannot be sent via ups, usps, fed ex, dhl ect.
3. When the item is returned, it is subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund
Some items cannot be returned such as special orders, imprinted items, and custom orders.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if shipping from our inventory, drop shipped items are subject to manufacture’s policy on returns this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order if you were charged any fees.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any special order items, custom item, used, item are non-returnable.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders that ship Free use standard shipping to any Business Address in the lower 48 US States
GROUND – this refers to traditional ground delivery such as UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL and USPS. These carriers typically deliver within 7 business days but often as few as 2 or 4. The FREE Shipping listed in the item description is FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
FREIGHT – this is for large and/or heavy or delicate items that cannot ship via the common carriers. Freight shipping can take up to 1 week for delivery if item is in stock. Some items are made to order and you will be notified of the lead time before the order is placed. For free freight the item is unloaded at the CURBSIDE (if no loading dock is available at your business or residence there will be an extra charge) and the customer is responsible for getting the item from the curbside drop-off to the desired location inside their business/residence. Unlike other retailers, our Freight is free. Extra charges can apply to Non Commercial deliveries(shipments picked up at or delivered to Private Residences, Apartments, Camps, Churches, Construction Sites, Convents, Country Clubs, Estates, Golf Courses, Farms, Marinas, Military bases, Mini-storage warehouses, Non-Commercial Locations; Nursing homes, Prisons, Rectory or Schools, Yacht Clubs and other such locations; hereinafter referred to collectively as "residential"; could be assessed an additional charge) We will quote you via email or phone call if your order requires and of the following charges lift gate (i.e. no forklift or loading dock at your location), special scheduled delivery time, any request for expedited shipping, residential delivery, redelivery (When a shipment is tendered for delivery and through no fault of the carrier such delivery cannot be accomplished, no further tender will be made except upon request. Additional tenders and final delivery will be subject to additional charges) address correction (any shipment that has an incorrect delivery address at the time of pickup and the delivery cannot be fulfilled after making efforts at the destination to determine the correct address). Notification Prior to Delivery(When any shipment is tendered for delivery, with a request that the consignee be notified by any means whatsoever, a charge will be assessed; such charge to be in addition to all other lawful and legal charges
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kemmco Sales Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
When you receive your order we suggest you immediately inspect your package, carton, etc. to make sure it is not damaged. Please make a note on the packing slip or paperwork that you sign. Kemmco Sales Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
